Troubleshooting
Fixes for the most common issues - the widget, chatbot answers, channels and notifications.

Most issues fall into a few buckets. Work through the relevant section below.
The chat widget doesn't appear
- Confirm the snippet is on your published site, not just a draft or preview.
- Make sure you pasted the entire snippet, before the closing
</body>tag. - Check that another script or a privacy/ad blocker isn't blocking it.
- Hard-refresh the page (clear cache) and try again.
The chatbot gives weak or wrong answers
- The knowledge base may be missing the topic - add a source that covers it.
- You may have changed content without re-training - re-train after any update.
- The source may be thin or unclear - write a focused article for the question.
A channel isn't receiving messages
- Re-check the connection in Settings → Channels - does it still show connected?
- For WhatsApp, confirm your business number is eligible and the connection is authorised.
- For email, confirm the address is connected and routing in.
I'm not getting notifications
- Check your notification preferences in settings.
- Confirm browser notifications are allowed for Saleszium.
- Make sure conversations are being assigned to you (or your team).
I've hit a limit
- You may have reached a plan limit (tokens, members, sources, scans or campaigns).
- Review usage in Settings → Billing and consider upgrading - see Plans & billing.

Gather what you tried and the exact behaviour you're seeing, then contact support so they can investigate against your account.
