Getting started

Do I need technical skills to set up Saleszium? No. Training the chatbot and configuring channels is done through the interface. The only step that may need a hand is pasting the widget snippet onto your website - and most site builders make that a one-time copy-paste.

How long does setup take? You can have a trained chatbot live in about ten minutes with the Quickstart. Connecting channels and building out your CRM happens over time.

The chatbot

Where does the chatbot get its answers? From your knowledge base - the websites, documents and articles you train it on. It pulls the most relevant pieces into each reply.

What if the bot can't answer? It can hand the conversation to a human in your inbox. Add the missing information to your knowledge base and re-train so it can handle it next time.

Can it speak more than one language? The chatbot can be trained from your content and handle conversational questions. Confirm specific language support for your use case in your account.

Channels & CRM

Which channels can I connect? Website chat, WhatsApp and email, all flowing into one inbox.

Do conversations become CRM records automatically? Yes. Chats, form submissions and emails create or update contacts and leads without manual data entry.

Plans & billing

What are AI tokens? The unit of AI usage consumed as the bot reads and writes. Each plan includes a monthly allowance - see Plans & billing.

Can I change plans later? Yes - upgrade or change your plan from Settings → Billing as your needs grow.

Team

How many people can use Saleszium? That depends on your plan; higher tiers allow more (or unlimited) members. See Team & roles.
