Understand Saleszium's plans, what each includes, and how usage and billing work.
Saleszium is offered in tiers so you can start small and grow. Every plan includes the core platform - chatbot, inbox, CRM and channels - with higher tiers raising your limits and unlocking more capacity.

Annual billing is offered at a reduced effective monthly rate. Higher tiers also raise limits on knowledge-base articles, SEO scans per week and active campaigns.
How usage works
- AI tokens are consumed as the chatbot reads your knowledge and writes replies. Each plan includes a monthly allowance.
- Limits (members, sources, articles, scans, campaigns) are set by your plan.
- When you approach a limit, Saleszium notifies you so you can upgrade if needed.
Managing your subscription
- Open Settings → Billing.
- View your current plan and usage.
- Upgrade or change plans as your needs grow.
- Access invoices and payment details.
The most common reasons to move up a tier are running out of AI tokens or needing more team members. Watch those two first.
