Connecting WhatsApp lets you handle one of your busiest channels from the same inbox as everything else.
Before you start
- Have access to an eligible WhatsApp Business number.
- Be an Admin (or higher) in your workspace.
Steps
- Open Settings → Channels and choose WhatsApp.
- Follow the guided connection steps to link your WhatsApp Business account.
- Authorise the connection when prompted.
- Confirm the channel shows as connected.
Verify it works
- Send a message to your WhatsApp Business number from another phone.
- Check that it appears in your inbox.
- Reply from Saleszium and confirm the customer receives it.
Follows WhatsApp's rules
Messaging is subject to WhatsApp's own policies (such as messaging windows and templates). Availability depends on your business eligibility.
Turn on notifications
Enable notifications so your team is alerted the moment a WhatsApp message comes in.
