Sign up, create your organisation, and understand how workspaces are structured in Saleszium.
Your Saleszium journey starts with an account and an organisation (your workspace). The organisation is the container for everything - your chatbot, conversations, CRM data, team members and billing all belong to it.
Sign up
- Go to the Saleszium sign-up page and register with your work email.
- Verify your email address.
- Create your organisation - give it your company name. This becomes your workspace.
What gets created
When your organisation is ready, Saleszium sets up:
- An empty inbox for incoming conversations.
- A blank knowledge base to train your chatbot.
- A starter CRM ready for leads, contacts and companies.
- Your profile as the first member, with the highest level of access.
A note on plans
New organisations start on a trial with Starter limits. You can review what each plan includes - AI usage, number of team members, training sources and more - on the Plans & billing page.
You don't have to do everything yourself. Once your workspace exists, head to Workspace & team to add colleagues and assign roles.
