Before you start
- Have a connected email channel.
- Know the audience you want to reach (a list or segment in your CRM).
Steps
- Open Campaigns and create a new email campaign.
- Choose your audience - a segment from your CRM.
- Write the subject and body. Start from a template and personalise it.
- Preview the message and send yourself a test.
- Schedule the campaign, or send it now.
After it sends
- Open the campaign's performance view.
- Track opens, clicks and responses.
- Note what worked, and apply it to the next send.
