Workspace & team

Configure your organisation, invite team members and assign roles so the right people see the right things.

Your workspace is your organisation inside Saleszium. This is where you invite teammates, control what they can access, and set the defaults everyone works from.

Invite team members

  1. Open Settings → Team (or the Members area).
  2. Choose Invite member and enter their email address.
  3. Pick a role for them (see below).
  4. Send the invite - they'll receive an email to join your workspace.

The number of members you can add depends on your plan. See Plans & billing for the limits.

Roles and access

Saleszium uses role-based access so people only see what's relevant to them. Typical roles:

  • Owner / Super admin - full access to everything, including billing and settings.
  • Admin / Manager - full access to day-to-day features, usually without billing controls.
  • Agent / Support - focused on conversations, chats and tickets.
Access follows the plan

Some areas unlock only on higher plans. If a teammate can't see a feature, check both their role and your plan.

What to configure first

  • Your organisation profile - name, logo and contact details.
  • Notification preferences - so the team is alerted to new conversations and tickets.
  • Channels - connect WhatsApp and email when you're ready (covered in their own guides).
