What it does

  • Stages - see deals move through steps like Prospecting → Qualified → Negotiation → Closed.
  • Deals - each opportunity carries a value, a stage and a probability of closing.
  • Forecasting - estimate expected revenue based on deal values and probabilities.
  • Ownership - assign deals to team members and track their progress.

Why it matters

A pipeline answers the questions every sales team asks: Where are we? What's likely to close this month? What needs attention? It replaces guesswork and scattered notes with one shared view.

How to use it

  1. Open Pipeline (or Deals).
  2. Create a deal from a qualified lead - set its value and stage.
  3. Drag deals between stages as they progress.
  4. Review the forecast to see expected revenue.
  5. Spot stalled deals and follow up.
