Saleszium is built for teams. Team & Roles is where you bring people in and decide what each person can see and do.
What it does
- Members - invite teammates to your workspace.
- Role-based access - grant permissions by role so people see only what's relevant.
- Collaboration - assign conversations, leads, deals and tickets to specific people.
Typical roles
- Owner / Super admin - full access, including billing and settings.
- Admin / Manager - full day-to-day access, usually without billing.
- Agent / Support - focused on conversations, chats and tickets.
Exact roles and permissions can vary by plan and configuration.
Why it matters
As your team grows, not everyone should touch everything. Roles keep sensitive areas (like billing) restricted while letting agents move fast on the work that's theirs.
How to use it
- Open Settings → Team.
- Invite members by email and assign a role.
- Adjust roles as responsibilities change.
- Assign records and conversations so ownership is always clear.
