Workflow Automation
Automate repetitive work with rules - when something happens, Saleszium can take action for you.
1 min read
Workflow Automation is how Saleszium does the repetitive work for you. You define the rules once, and the platform handles follow-ups, assignments, tasks and messages automatically.
The building blocks
Every workflow is made of three parts:
- Trigger - the event that starts it. For example: a form is submitted, a new lead is created, or a deal changes stage.
- Conditions (optional) - rules that must be true to continue. For example: only if the lead came from the pricing page.
- Actions - what happens. For example: send an email, assign to a teammate, create a task, or add a delay before the next step.
What you can automate
- Lead routing - assign new leads to the right person automatically.
- Follow-ups - send a message a set time after an event.
- Task creation - generate a to-do for your team when something needs a human.
- Multi-step sequences - chain actions with delays into a nurturing flow.
Why it matters
Manual follow-up is where deals and tickets go to die. Automation makes sure every lead gets a timely response and every routine step happens consistently - without anyone remembering to do it.
How to use it
- Open Automation / Workflows.
- Create a workflow and choose a trigger.
- Add conditions to narrow when it runs.
- Add one or more actions, including delays for multi-step flows.
- Activate it and monitor how it performs.
