Apply to adopt a pet

Furrcircle helps adoptable pets find loving homes through Match and Discover.

Steps#

1. Open Match and switch to Adoption mode (or browse adoptable pets in Discover).
2. Swipe through nearby pets looking for homes.
3. When one connects with you, submit an adoption request.
4. The current carer reviews requests and can accept to start a conversation.
5. Chat to ask questions and arrange a responsible handover.

Be ready to adopt well#

• Be honest about your home, time and experience.
• Ask about the pet's health, temperament and routine.
• Plan the handover and the first few days carefully.
