Match is Furrcircle's swipe-to-connect experience for pets. Depending on what you're looking for, it has three modes.
Playdate mode
Find nearby, compatible pets for weekend meetups. Swipe, match, and when it's mutual you can chat and plan a playdate.
Adoption mode
Discover pets looking for a home. You can:
- Browse adoptable pets near you.
- Submit an adoption request for one you connect with.
- If you're rehoming, list a pet and manage the requests you receive.
Breed mode
An opt-in mode for responsible, compatible breeding matches between pets whose parents choose to take part.
How matching works
- Open Match and choose a mode: Playdate, Adoption or Breed.
- Swipe through nearby pets.
- On a mutual match, start a chat instantly.
- Manage incoming requests from your requests inbox (accept or decline).
Adoption is a real commitment
Adoption requests connect you with the current carer to arrange a responsible handover. Take the time to chat, ask questions, and make sure it's the right fit for everyone - especially the pet.
